Using this weight tracker is straightforward: start by setting your weight goal using the edit button in the Weight Goal section, then regularly add new weight entries by entering your current weight and the date in the form below the chart and clicking "Add Entry". Your weight progress is automatically visualized in the chart, and the stats at the top of the page will update to show your current weight, total weight change, number of entries, and progress toward your goal. You can view and manage all your previous entries at the bottom of the page.
